Hello, everyone! We wanted to use the beginning of the year to make a quick recap of the most important projects of Integrated Dreams these last few months, as well as to tell you a bit about the projects we are currently working on. So, let’s get to it!
What have we been doing in 2024?
Innovating for Inclusion Bootcamp ’24
In April we were in Amsterdam implementing the Innovating for Inclusion Bootcamp ’24, a project in which participants focus on the development of innovative and inclusive solutions for organizations operating in the sport’s world. In this edition, we have had very important innovation partners, such as Decathlon‘s Adapted Sports Department, SPORTALL and Yellow Bricks Comunicación. Eli Wolff Football Without Limits Award ‘24
During the World Football Summit Europe held in Seville in September, we were again in charge of the Eli Wolff Football Without Limits Award. Our Chief Association Executive José Soares had the opportunity to present the award to this year’s winners, Insuperabili, collected by its two co-founders Giorgio Chiellini and Davide Leonardi Congratulations for all you do for sports and inclusion!
Most Inclusive Match ’24
Following what we consider already a tradition, in 2024 we organized, together with World Football Summit, the new edition of the Most Inclusive Match. This one took place at the match between Atlético de Madrid and Lille during the third round of the Champions League Phase and was full of accessible and inclusive activations. Doesn’t ring a bell? Don’t worry!
Adapt and Thrive Leadership Course ’24
Once again, thanks to the trust placed in us by our colleagues at US Soccer, we were able to go to Atlanta to implement a new edition of the Adapt and Thrive Leadership Course. A week full of activities, classes, projects and, above all, passion for soccer and inclusion. We are very grateful for everyone who made this possible!
New team member
Since last September we have a new colleague, Beatriz, who is our Communications and Project Officer. Although we already welcomed her some months ago, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce her to those of you who have not yet met her.
What do we have in store for you in 2025?
Football For All Leadership Programme Asia & Oceania
Although there are several projects that we are working on right now, our flagship project for the first half of 2025 is the Football For All Leadership Programme Asia & Oceania. Thanks to a grant awarded by FIFA Foundation, we have the possibility to expand our Football For All Leadership Programme to new regions and give candidates from these countries the opportunity to participate.
The project will run from April to July, with a face-to-face phase in May in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The application phase is currently and until the end of February open and all the information about the program is available on our website. Do you want to know more? Do you know someone who might be interested in participating? Feel free to submit your application and share the information with other potential participants. See you in Malaysia!
Right now, we are finishing details of the new edition of the Most Inclusive Match 2025 and the Football For All Leadership Programme Africa 2026 edition. We are also working on our next edition of the Innovating for Inclusion Bootcamp, that we hope to bring back in 2026.
