Empowering Leaders in Sport: Introducing the Local Workshops

At Integrated Dreams, our mission has always been to increase the representation of disabled people in the sports world, working toward a future where everyone can reach their fullest potential. In 2026, we are taking a major step forward by launching a brand-new training solution designed to impact the lives of more disabled people around the globe: our Local Workshops.

What are the Local Workshops?

The Local Workshops are a hands-on, interactive and collaborative 3-day immersive training format. Sharing the same core philosophy as our Football for All Leadership Programme, these workshops focus on empowering local disabled people to become active leaders in sport.

By bringing the training closer to participants, the program acts as a practical step towards greater inclusion. Over the course of three days, participants:

  • Receive leadership and project management training.
  • Work together on real-world challenges related to disability and sport.
  • Develop inclusive sport projects.
  • Connect directly with local sports industry stakeholders who are passionate about driving inclusivity.

Celebrating Our First Pilots

To bring this vision to life, Integrated Dreams has gathered incredible support to deliver pilot trainings in Portugal. We are proud to share that our first pilots have already taken place:

  • Lisbon Pilot (February 20–22, 2026): Held in Portuguese at the Cidade do Futebol in Algés. This foundational event was generously supported by the UEFA Foundation for Children, the Adidas Foundation (Legacy for the Future), and Fundação Ageas (Donativo Solidário).
  • Porto Pilot (April 17–19, 2026): Our second workshop in Portugal was also held in Portuguese at the Arena Liga Portugal. We are grateful to once again have had the support of the UEFA Foundation for Children, the Adidas Foundation (Legacy for the Future) and Fundação Ageas (Donativo Solidário) for this event.

Coming Soon: Upcoming Pilots

We are thrilled to announce that more pilot workshops are just around the corner. We are expanding our reach to connect even more future leaders with the sports industry:

  • Morocco Pilot (October 16–18, 2026): Taking the initiative abroad, this workshop will be conducted in French in Casablanca. This expansion is made possible through the support of the FIFA Foundation (World Football Remission Fund).
