Second Edition of the Innovating for Inclusion Bootcamp delivered!

Apr 19, 2024

Delighted to share that the 2nd Edition of our Innovating for Inclusion Bootcamp took place last week in The Netherlands following a brief online induction!

Integrated Dreams is always looking for creative ways to promote a more inclusive ecosystem and impact different stakeholders positively. As such, the Bootcamp is designed to accelerate change in organisations acting in the Sport industry, for disabled and non-disabled professionals working side by side, in support of Innovation Partners and their pursuit of a more accessible and inclusive ecosystem.

Many Speakers contributed to the delivery of the multidisciplinary approach touching on sport, innovation, access and inclusion, sustainability, systems change, fundraising, impact measurement and other topics.

In addition, as part of our unique Innovating for Inclusion Bootcamp, Participants are challenged with a specific disability inclusion question brought by an organisation acting in the Sports World. In 48h, they are to research and prepare a pitch on the solution they envision for the challenge before an expert panel and the Innovation Partner, with some leisure moments in between because “play is the highest form of research”.

Thank you to Decathlon ‘s Adapted Sports Department, SPORTALL and Yellow Bricks Comunicación for trusting us with challenges in the journey to make your businesses more accessible and inclusive, and well done to all the Participants on your pitches!!

This year, the expert panel members were Catherine Crossman (Accenture), Dos Engelaar (Gehandicaptensport Nederland) and Marit Dopheide (Esther Vergeer Foundation).

Integrated Dreams is keen on seeing what every single Participant will do moving forward!
