Integrated Dreams and World Football Summit crossed the Spanish border for the fourth edition of the Most Inclusive Match. On this edition, the first international one, The Most Inclusive Match took place during the 2026 Ligue 1 McDonald’s fixture between Toulouse FC and FC Lorient, and it was co-organized with the Ligue de Football Professionnel and Toulouse FC.
More than just a football match, the initiative transformed the entire matchday into a platform for promoting accessibility, inclusion and disability awareness. Throughout the day, several activities took place both inside and outside the stadium to highlight the importance of creating more inclusive environments in football and society. The program also included a B2B conference the same week, focused on the inclusion of disabled workers in society, featuring testimonials, best practices and discussions around existing challenges. A dedicated job dating initiative also brought together job seekers with disabilities and companies committed to inclusive hiring, combining football activities in the morning with professional networking opportunities in the afternoon.
Accessibility and inclusion were present across all areas of the event. Toulouse FC organized an Access Stadium Tour for local disability organizations to present the club’s accessibility policies and initiatives, while students led a conference dedicated to inclusion in sport.
On the day of the match, the Stadium de Toulouse Fan Zone hosted two hours of activities focused on disability awareness and inclusive sport experiences. Inside the stadium, several symbolic and impactful moments highlighted the club’s commitment to inclusion, including a giant TIFO revealed by the disabled supporters’ group Handi Tolosa, the club anthem performed in sign language, disabled children participating in the match protocol, a blind football activity at half-time and a ceremonial kick-off delivered by two disabled ambassadors. Additional accessibility initiatives included a dedicated footprint on the match jerseys, the implementation of the Give Vision solution and the installation of a sensory room to improve the matchday experience for supporters with specific sensory needs.
This new edition continues to demonstrate how football can become a powerful platform for social inclusion, accessibility and representation — both inside and beyond the stadium.
