Football For All Leadership Programme

FFALP Asia & Oceania 2025

After such a successful implementation in Europe, we had our first Football For All Leadership Programme in the Asia & Oceania region in 2025 thanks to the support of FIFA Foundation.

It was an amazing programme that allowed us to work with participants from different countries in Asia & Oceania and help create impact in the lives of people with disabilities through our participants’ individual projects. The Programme was designed in various stages:

  • Online Introductory Module – April 2025
  • Onsite Lecture Stage – May 4 to 10 2025, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)
  • Project Development Stage – April to August  2025

You can read all about the activities we did here!

New team member

The Integrated Dreams’ team keeps growing! In September we welcomed Léane Moulin, our Project officer for the FFALP Africa 2026 Programme.

Léane holds a Franco-German degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Aix and the University of Freiburg. She worked at the EOC EU Office in Brussels, where she co-managed Erasmus+ Sport projects and collaborated with European sport federations and National Olympic Committees. She then joined ECROS, contributing to initiatives on the Paris 2024 Olympic legacy and European sport heritage. Currently a consultant, she supports sport organizations in securing EU funding to develop impactful projects on inclusion, gender equality, and sustainability in sport. Alongside these roles, she also worked with a sport NGO in Tanzania to promote access to the country’s four national sports.

Most Inclusive Match

As a joint initiative with World Football Summit, we continue implementing new editions of the Most Inclusive Match!

Real Sociedad Edition October 2025

On October 5 we enjoyed the third edition of the Most Inclusive Match at the Anoeta stadium in the match between Real Sociedad and Rayo Vallecano. Before and during the match, different activations were carried out to showcase the importance of accessibility and disability inclusion in football, withthe support of collaborators such as ColorADD, Real Sociedad LaLiga Genuine team, club legends and the inspiring performance of Verdini Dantza Taldea.

Toulouse FC & LFP Edition March 2026

The next Most Inclusive Match crosses the Spanish borders and takes us to France with what will be the first international edition of this initiative. Thanks to the collaboration of the French League and Toulouse FC, we are already preparing various activations for this new edition taking place on March 2026.

Innovation and Inclusion Panel

Both events, as well as other topics related to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the football industry, were the central aspects discussed in the “Innovation and Inclusion” panel at World Football Summit Madrid a couple of weeks ago, moderated by our colleague Beatriz.

Eli Wolff Football Without Limits Award by Integrated Dreams

As one of the World Football Summit’s yearly awards, Integrated Dreams presents the Eli Wolff Football Without Limits Award. This award honors initiatives that are breaking down barriers for people with disabilities in football. It looks to applaud, cherish and gain inspiration from companies, clubs, federations that have provided support to the inclusion and visibility of disabled people in our society, specifically in sports, by means of any initiative, technology, marketing campaign or innovative solution. We want to congratulate this year’s winner, the FIGC – Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio, for their project Il Calcio è di Tutti – Football is for Everyone, Giovanni Sacripante, for joining us at the ceremony and receiving the award and José Soares for representing Integrated Dreams on stage. See you in the next edition!

Pilot Local Workshop Football for All

We have a new pilot programme: local Football for All workshops! The first one is scheduled for November 23-25, 2025 in Cidade do Futebol, Algés (Portugal). This is a programme for people with disabilities who are 16 or older, residents of Greater Lisbon and with a desire to develop a project related to soccer or sports. It is a 3-day pilot workshop that will connect participants to the industry and help them develop project management skills. This training is completely free for participants thanks to the joint effort of the  Integrated Dreams Association, founder of the international Football for All Leadership Programme, with the support of the Portuguese Football Federation and the Ageas Foundation.

We will also have a second Pilot Local Workshop Football for All in the Greater Porto region at the end of winter. More info coming soon!
