Connecting the game: How we’re building a connecting hub with Lenovo

May 20, 2026

At Integrated Dreams, our core vision is a sports world where everyone has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential. For years, our programs have been dedicated to empowering disabled people and giving them the training and tools necessary to be active leader in the sports industry. Today, we are absolutely thrilled to share a massive step forward in our journey: we are developing a Connecting Hub, made possible through a collaboration with global technology leader Lenovo.

While passion for sport spans across every community, representation in the industry does not always reflect that diversity. Disabled individuals frequently face steep barriers to employment, professional networking and specialized training.

We designed the Football For All Connecting Hub to directly dismantle some of those barriers. The Hub will serve as a centralized, accessible digital ecosystem designed to train and connect our program alumni, new candidates, disabled professionals, sports organizations, potential employers, and inclusive industry stakeholders worldwide. It’s more than just a platform; it is a dedicated space to foster mentorship, highlight talent, share resources and build a truly inclusive sports community.

To build a global platform that is genuinely inclusive, the technology underpinning it must be cutting-edge, resilient, and accessible to everyone. That is where Lenovo comes in. Through their support, Lenovo is providing the necessary resources to bring the Hub to life. During the on-site module of our Football For All Leadership Programme Africa, a team from Lenovo came to Rabat to conduct an accessibility testing exercise with our participants, ensuring that the platform adheres to high accessibility standards and making it seamless for users with various disabilities to navigate, connect and thrive. This collaboration unites our deep expertise in disability inclusion within sport with Lenovo’s vision of providing “Smarter Technology for All.”

Our work has always been about community and we know that true inclusion cannot be achieved alone. With Lenovo’s incredible backing, the Hub will amplify the voices of disabled leaders and reshape the workforce of the sports world. Stay tuned as we continue developing this platform!
